The Friends of the Takoma Park Maryland Library annual meeting will take place remotely on August 18th at 7:00 PM. During the meeting, the Board will report on our accomplishments over the past year and hold elections.
This year, the following positions are up for election: President, Vice President, and Secretary. Additionally, there are five vacant board positions. Any member of the Friends whose dues are current may be a candidate for office and may vote. Members interested in joining the board should send an email and brief bio to FTPMLnominatingcommittee@gmail.com. Nominations also will be taken from the (virtual) floor during the meeting.

Also, we know that many of you renew your annual memberships at the annual meeting. Even though we are not holding a physical reminder, members can renew their memberships here.
